So far so good, the machine is easy to use and the wifi option is surprisingly useful. Would appreciate a function to tell load weight before washing

Terrible product. It was working fine for one year so basically warranty period. As soon that past within 2 months we had 4 times someone to come and fix it. Every time it was different part broken, we are waiting again for engineer to come and fix it. We purchased it in January 2021 and in February 2022 problems started. We have April and 4th visit to this washer/dryer. It is a joke

Very happy with this product. Large drum - can fit noticeably more than my previous washer dryer. Both the washer and dryer functions work well. I've only tried a couple of programmes so far but it's easy to use. Extremely quiet!

The first two were delivered faulty third time lucky, Machine washes and fries well as it should do as its a washer dryer.

Been using for a week now and has been great. Been so good to be able to dry clothes living in a flat. Hasn’t used as much electricity as I though so savings all round.

Excellent washer dryer, took a bit to get used to autodose but works well

East for adults to use, too complicated for my nearly 2 year old to play with so he doesn't bother anymore thank goodness! Particularly LOVE that I can set it going from my phone when on WiFi mode as I constantly forget to set the dry going, love that you can modify pre sets to your own fancy. Also a fan of the 10kg capacity, we went a week without a washer and are a family with young kids so it was put straight to work and not skipped a beat, soo quiet even on a spin and it's got a new wash every day, absolutely faultless! Delivery was speedy and the kids got a cute little AO Teddy to cuddle so they were happy. Overall I'm so happy I chose AO to supply our new washer drier. One very happy customer with lots of clean clothes! (downside being I now have to put them all away again!!!)

The dimensions provided were accurate, which is always a good start. I have only had it a week, but done a lot of washes so far, with no issues, so hopefully it stays that way. The last Hoover we had lasted almost 20 years, so here's hoping this one does the same. Certainly quieter than our previous one, and almost quiet enough to have on at night (although not quite in our house). Easy to setup and easy to use, so all in all I am happy with the purchase. Delivery men were very polite and quick. No issues there which is pleasant.
