Good size, nice and quiet. The touch buttons however are an absolute pain in the backside. Sometimes I spend minutes trying to activate various options.

The noisiest machine I’ve ever known, I thought the house was being shook by an earthquake and it sounded like a plane taking off, . The start button needs pressing for ages for anything to start, to be honest a bad choice of washer, not what I expected at all from hover, it’s also very complicated to use. As a positive, it save me buying a massage chair fir my living room, not that I wanted one, but all I have to do is sit in my chair and when the spin comes on every chair in the house because a strong massage chair.

Extremely dissatisfied with this appliance. The installation service by AO engineers was very poor with no attention paid to need to use the appliance's adjustable legs to level the unit. After the first use and large amounts of water leaking from the appliance I spent two hours fault finding and eventually adjusting the legs to level the unit. The appliance is still leaking water from the underside of the unit amongst other faults; softener not being drawn from detergent drawer and fault lights showing. Overall, very disappointed and will be pursuing a refund for this purchase and the installation service.

The build quality of this machine is not what I would have expected. The control dial is wobbly and not the best, but is the same on all the machines, as an AO installer advised me. The touchscreen is temperamental, not too bad when using it for quick touch, but not when having to hold it for 3 seconds or more. They are also not in sequence, very confusing. Connection to wifi is very tricky due to the touchscreen. The manual isn't great. The spin cycles are very noisy, the 1000 and 1400 are especially bad. Regret getting rid of my beloved Bosch washing machine to purchase this washer dryer

Firstly - the delivery men was amazing...they delivered during the 40c+ days and were both incredibly professional and accommodating. Secondly - the machine is really good - slightly crazy instructions and way too many options / buttons, BUT, once you understand it and 'become one' with the machine...it's all that you want. it's also VERY quiet...shockingly so, I had to check that it was still going at one point. all in all - very happy with my choice...

Apart from being a little bit noiser than I expected, I absolutely love it. The big drum is fantastic. I love the detergent dispenser, the fact I don't have to fill it up every wash ??. There is also 4 washes which are under an hour. Who wants to do washing programs over 2 hours not me. ....... need a new telly now. This is a great washer dryer, I chose it because its not as deep as the other 10kg/6kg washer dryer by Hoover so it fit better into the space. My only downside is that the buttons aren't the easiest to press and there is a bit of a knack to it it seems. I do however love the automatic dosing which is super handy and the tumble dryer dries towels and bedding brilliantly which isn't always the case for washer dryers.

Good washer dryer! Noise levels are great and extremely quiet other than on the spin cycle which is a given with most machines. Personally find it wiggles out of its place while the spin cycle is on, nothing unmanageable, just give it a nudge back into place and carry on about the day. Drying is great but obviously takes longer than a traditional tumble dryer. Auto dose is wonderful, fill the compartment and forget about it until it flashes at you to put more in. App is a little on the buggy side but, can always sort it out and get a connection working. Energy consumption should be mentioned, uses far less than I expected.
