I’ve had this machine a month now, and actually if I could go back in time I’d pick something else. In particular: - Very noisy on wash cycles. I have it in my kitchen, and it’s frustrating to be so noisy compared to my previous machine - Build quality a bit iffy. Looks nice but draw, door, control knob all feel loose/wobbly and made of cheap plastic that’ll look very tired after a couple of years -Annoying habit of increasing the wash cycle length AFTER starting. It’s just plain poor design by Hoover and it means I’ve often put a wash on that should finish ten minutes before I need to leave, only to find it’s added another twenty minutes so the clothes will sit in the machine all day :-( My old AEG would always show the longest possible time and reduce it if it could, which works much better in practice - Poor instructions that don’t explain some of the control panel On the plus side the drying is better than I expected, but for me the above issues are extremely vexing. I haven’t tried the WiFi functionality and I can’t think of a way it would be useful…

Quite, efficient and a magical installation

Good washer dryer! Noise levels are great and extremely quiet other than on the spin cycle which is a given with most machines. Personally find it wiggles out of its place while the spin cycle is on, nothing unmanageable, just give it a nudge back into place and carry on about the day. Drying is great but obviously takes longer than a traditional tumble dryer. Auto dose is wonderful, fill the compartment and forget about it until it flashes at you to put more in. App is a little on the buggy side but, can always sort it out and get a connection working. Energy consumption should be mentioned, uses far less than I expected.

After having a growing family my washing started to become overwhelming with our small drum separate washer dryer so needed something bigger to handle the wash loads. Both me and my partner were undecided on whether to go for a washer/dryer or keep to the original separate machines, so for about 2 weeks we were researching the best options and best machines. This machine came up in every search with excellent reviews so we decided to bite the bullet and buy it, being our very first washer/dryer. The machine was well priced with the cash back offer (bonus) and was delivered super quick and early by two polite and helpful guys. I have found that the machine is a lot bigger than my last one so it’s helped so much with doing more washing in less loads. The functions are great with an all in one wash as well as set settings and the app makes it so handy when needed. The only cons that I have with it is the normal washes take, what seems like forever. My old washer did a wash in 20 mins but this one takes over 2hrs. The All in one load is my go to as it does a load in 52 mins, and the clothes still have a good wash despite being shorter. The tumble function is also good however I do fine the clothes come out mega creased (even on the steam and wardrobe mode) making my ironing pile bigger as my old dryer was very good at de creasing especially bedding, towels and trousers. But on the other hand because it steam drys, so it doesn’t seem to shrink clothes like my old one did with certain clothes. All in all it’s a good machine but my separate dryer is still being used for towels and bedding.

I’ve been historically used to separate washer and dryer machine, but I’m really chuffed with this model now I have it! The drying takes longer than a vented machine, but the convenience of auto-dosing, and having the app so I can choose my programmes is awesome. Don’t get me wrong, a wash and dry cycle for a full load can take a good 6hrs from start to finish, but it’s so convenient!

Good machine, very noisy at first, due to incorrect installation by delivery guy. Took me a while to level it off, but pretty quiet now. More than halved weekly detergent & softener cost using the Care Dose function. Would recommend.
