Product was delivered last week by friendly, helpful delivery staff. So far, happy with the product. Love the way it looks and washing function is good with lots of programmes to choose from. Still need to get to grips with the drying options, but have used to dry a few times and the clothes dry well. Machine is quiet, am happy with it so far. No complaints.

Great dryer capability - you can either add it to your wash cycle or do it separately. Overall it's a great machine - the cycles are normal time; lots of flexibility in programmes. One down side - if you read some of the reviews, the touch buttons are hard to activate... you spend quite some time working out where to touch them so they work! And yes the instructions are written badly but you'll get there! And I don't use the wi-fi option (why on earth would you??)

Excellent machine. Very quiet and fast delivery as well

Had the W/M a few weeks now. Very quiet is the first thing you notice. Minor issue setting up, the manual said to set up WiFi at wrong point. The machine needs setting up fully first. Other than that, you put the washing in, shut the door, turn to WiFi and sit down with a coffee choosing the wash cycle. Impressed with the results, we must be using less soap and softener as we haven't put much in.

Easy to set up and reliable.

Took a little bit of setting up and getting used to the wifi function but once that was done I’m really happy with it. Big drum and handles large loads well on washing & drying. Really like the link up with your phone for notifications of when it’s finished and being able to use the ‘keep fresh’ function if it finishes washing whilst you’re out. No more stinky clothes!

A quiet running lovely machine. Caught up with all the washing with no problems. Easy and straightforward to use.
