Good product, does not take long to get use to it!

Only had it a few weeks but washing and drying as advertised. A step up from my 18 years old previous machine!

A terrible experience. The machine gets ‘stuck’ at certain parts of the cycle. It sometimes makes such an awful noise that we have to leave the room and shut the door on it. We’ve had a Hoover serviceman look at it - he could find nothing significant wrong, so we’re going to have to contact Hoover again. (We’ve only had the machine for about three months so we think the fault is AO’s to resolve, legally). We have an audio-video recording which confirms the awful noise - it really is bad!

Good but disappointing weight for 14 min wash. Good drying.

Very easy to install, just ensure there are 2 of you to fit the bottom section. Have used both the wash & dry functions almost every day since it was purchased & have been really impressed. Have tried both the on machine buttons and the app. Both work well but tend to use the app more for the specific cycles. Only thing I would change is to be able to edit the pre existing cycles on the app to incorporate larger wash loads. The auto dose function is another great way to save a few pennies.
