As I am recently widowed and living on my own for the first time in 60 years, I desperately needed some cooking appliances which catered for my needs. Fortunately my son - Hugh - is not only a much better cook than his ancient mother, but also far more up-to-date with modern technology than I will ever manage! This oven is completely BRILLIANT! If I can use it then anybody can. It is comprehensive, flexible and incredibly useful! I recommend it without any hesitation Best wishes Granny Diana

Love it . Can do so much with it . Only thing could have been better would have been to have full print user manual in the box instead of having to go on line to print one.

Overall, I am very happy with this product. It works very well. The reasons for withholding a couple of stars are that it is a bulky item, so takes up a lot of space in our small kitchen and the instruction booklet has to be downloaded and looked for in the blackhole of my phone everytime I want to use it. A paper copy would have been useful. Also, some of the automatic programs tend to overcook the food, so it's worth keeping an eye on it ready to rescue it once it's done. It does do a lot though, so I would still recommend it to others.

Only used the Microwave so far. 1st time having a combination oven. Hopefully have chance to use other features soon.

Three months after I purchased it the Start button wouldn't work unless the Stop button next to it is pressed first! Another 3-4 months the display started occasionally displaying digits wrongly i.e. it displays 0 instead of 8 or sometimes it displays something doesn't look like a number! Yesterday ALL buttons stopped functioning, except the start button and when pressed the only way to stop the microwave is by opening its door. I phoned Samsung customer service and they reminded me the warranty on this product is 1 year only and if I'm referred to Samsung repair centre they will charge me for the repair. I really thought with moderate use this MW should last a few years without problems, but it isn't! I’ve only had it for a year and a half now!
