Such an easy oven to use. I'm on my third one now - not because they break down quickly, but because they have been used every day - many times a day - over the years of use.

I bought this three months ago as a novice microwave user and am very pleased with its performance. I decided that a combination microwave was more attractive option than the current air fryer trend as a way to reduce traditional kitchen cooker use and hence energy consumption. I haven't used the automated settings as generally they don't seem relevant to what i want to cook, and there isn't a handy printed reference book to grab; they have to be downloaded in digital format, and aren't that clear anyway. The combi options have been a great success; sausages are piping hot and brown on both sides in 8 minutes, potato jackets or wedges are light and fluffy in about 20 and the shelves allow both to be cooked at once. typically though for a microwave the timings vary considerably with the quantity of food being cooked. It loses a star for the reasons that others have given. The worst is the crisping tray which doesn't naturally centre itself and ALWAYS needs adjusting at least twice to stop it arcing on the back of the cooker. The shelves are also a bit fiddly to fit when using both, particularly if one shelf has a different cooking time to the other. I also find setting the timer is less than slick for longer settings. The start button is repeatedly pressed for 30sec intervals (40 times for a 20 min setting !!) or you wind the master control round and round to get to where you want to be. No wonder there are reports these controls fail prematurely and it does make me question the longevity of the product. I wouldn't have bought it without the Samsung offer of an extended warranty.

Excellent smart oven,easy to set up and use. It uses a lot less energy than my old oven which is great due to the cost of electricity. You can fit a lot into it for meals and with the different options you can cook a lot of different things as well as making bread and yoghurt. The delivery was on time and being disabled the delivery man helped bring the item into my house for me. 5 star service!

Bought to replace a Panasonic, not the best decision, but the Panasonic went pop. A part arrived damaged, its taken 3 weeks and some aggravation to get a replacement. Defrosting is not as good as the old machine, leaving parts of the food frozen and other bits cooked. No easy function for the microwave special, jacket potatoes and some how dries them up rather than crisping. Has presets for pizzas and chicken wings, but not my thing. So more than a bit dissapointed

This is a brilliant piece of equipment, you can cook a wide range of foods, this is simple to use and cooks food perfectly, great item and I am really happy with my purchase , also looks great, nice design and good controls. Comes with two plate stands to heat two meals at once, also a really nice tray for cooking pizza or chips etc, I was able to cook as normal when my main oven broke its been a lifesaver.

The screen has broken in just under two years. It is difficult tpand intuitive to use the advanced features, and I have a Master's in Engineering so we never use to microwave or grill features at all. I'd say don't buy it but it seems most microwaves these days are terrible quality.
