Absolutely rubbish microwave. Wouldn’t work properly unless it was switched on and off from the mains. After a while this stopped working. This was all within 2 years of purchasing it. For a Samsung product and the price you pay for it, this is ridiculous. Will not be buying a Samsung product again.

From the get go, the microwave power seemed very weak for a 900watt machine and would take longer to cook than the recommended times for a 750watt microwave. There after, the the plastic wheel plate holder broke. Then the dial developed an issue and you have to keep turning and turning to try to get the numbers to move. After that, part of the plastic on the door fell off. That was all within the first year. Now going into the third year, the microwave stops working whilst cooking but stays on so you wouldn’t know it’s no longer cooking the food. This is obviously a food safety risk . I won’t be buying a microwave from Samsung again.

Bought in January 2021, used maybe twice a week to heat up soup, most of the buttons have now stopped working and even the clock display is partially defective. Utterly useless with a hopeless user manual. Look on other websites for all the 1* reviews for this obviously faulty product, not fit for purpose! No wonder there is only a 12 month guarantee on it! Not AO fault but maybe they shouldn’t stock it.

Bought this from AO in August last year. Was unable to use the hotblast/grill function as the oven arcs. A couple of weeks ago I contacted Samsung about it, as I'd visited their Customer Community Forum and saw several other people had the same problem. It appears a few of these ovens are faulty, the enamel covering is missing on the back wall of the cavity causing the oven to spark when using the high rack. I contacted Samsung and the oven was collected Tuesday 22nd March who arranged for an engineer to collect the oven and inspect it. The engineer picked up the oven on 1st April. Today. had an email from Samsung saying the engineers had informed them the oven was unrepairable due to damage on the back cavity wall due to either a fault or misuse. I have sent them my receipt from AO as they requested and waiting to hear what they are going to do. After reading on the Samsung Community forum that those who accepted replacement ovens had the same problem I'm hoping for a full refund. I will telephone them in the morning. The engineer told me I wouldn't get a full refund, just a partial one as the oven wasn't brand new. This will be totally unacceptable. I wasn't able to use the oven on all programmes I should have been able to so I am pushing for a full refund or I'll complain to AO and the Trading Standards. Wish me luck.

Broke after 18 months. Lots of reviews on other websites with the same issue. The start button stops working. Don't waste your money.

Failed after less than 3 weeks use. How bad is that? Doesn't even rate 1 star, hope the replacement lasts longer.

Power is incredibly unreliable. Cook something once on the recommended power/time it might be ok. Try the same the next night it could need to go in again to be properly cooked.
