This product is great. Everything cooks quicker and more evenly. Good instructions to help and more energy efficient. Highly recommended.

Haven't used all of the features yet BUT when using the microwave function, the appliance is VERY noisy. Appears to be the outer casing vibrating. Not impressed, the build quality appears to be poor.

Lovely design and easy to use. Lots of presets which makes everything very simple. Would have preferred to receive a proper manual with recipes instead of having to download and print for myself. Would recommend.

Absolutely rubbish microwave. Wouldn’t work properly unless it was switched on and off from the mains. After a while this stopped working. This was all within 2 years of purchasing it. For a Samsung product and the price you pay for it, this is ridiculous. Will not be buying a Samsung product again.

We’ve needed a new microwave for a long time and after arguing about also needing an air fryer, this came to be the best option. It cooks chips in less time than an oven and not half cooked but real, edible cooked. We’ve also cooked burgers in it. Amazingly it appears you can put metal in it, something which I was told never to do in a microwave. As it heats you can see the back glowing orange and the heat bar above. Its many functions are brilliant when it comes to cooking for a family. You can see through the glass to monitor it cooking, don’t let little hands touch the glass door though, it gets a bit warm. My only downside to this microwave is there doesn’t appear to be a button to open the door, instead you have to pull it open which just ‘feels’ wrong.. So all in all, it’s an almost perfect microwave..!

From the get go, the microwave power seemed very weak for a 900watt machine and would take longer to cook than the recommended times for a 750watt microwave. There after, the the plastic wheel plate holder broke. Then the dial developed an issue and you have to keep turning and turning to try to get the numbers to move. After that, part of the plastic on the door fell off. That was all within the first year. Now going into the third year, the microwave stops working whilst cooking but stays on so you wouldn’t know it’s no longer cooking the food. This is obviously a food safety risk . I won’t be buying a microwave from Samsung again.

A brilliant all round microwave, oven, fryer, etc. Well worth the money.
