The screen has broken in just under two years. It is difficult tpand intuitive to use the advanced features, and I have a Master's in Engineering so we never use to microwave or grill features at all. I'd say don't buy it but it seems most microwaves these days are terrible quality.

Three months after I purchased it the Start button wouldn't work unless the Stop button next to it is pressed first! Another 3-4 months the display started occasionally displaying digits wrongly i.e. it displays 0 instead of 8 or sometimes it displays something doesn't look like a number! Yesterday ALL buttons stopped functioning, except the start button and when pressed the only way to stop the microwave is by opening its door. I phoned Samsung customer service and they reminded me the warranty on this product is 1 year only and if I'm referred to Samsung repair centre they will charge me for the repair. I really thought with moderate use this MW should last a few years without problems, but it isn't! I’ve only had it for a year and a half now!

I'm not usually one to complain about a product but this combi microwave has a major fault and all of them are the same, if you complain you get a replacement and the replacement has the same fault, so you end up getting a refund or choose another model. Read on and if yours has this fault contact Samsung before the warranty runs out. I bought this microwave in August 2021. There is one major fault with it, you cannot use the high grill as the microwave arcs really badly. Checking Samsung's customer support forum this is a known fault. Some people like me just don't use the high rack, others complain to Samsung and get another replacement which also arcs badly. Then end up either choosing another model or get a full refund. Why Samsung don't remove this product from sale until they've fixed this problem is a mystery. I'm fed up now that I can't cook anything that needs the high rack so I'm going to complain to Samsung. After all, you wouldn't buy a washing machine that didn't rinse, so why be expected to have a combination microwave that you can't grill and microwave? I've given this microwave a 6 month trial and with this major design fault it really limits what you can use it for. I'm really disappointed because the Hotblast is brilliant, the microwave is brilliant, and so are the other modes. It's just the combination grill and microwave that lights up the interior with white light sparks flying around inside. And we all know that arcing damages the magnetron, so rather than kill your combi you can either just not use that mode or do as I do and complain. If I can edit this review once I've heard from Samsung I will to let you know the outcome. It's no reflection on AO because they advise you to complain direct to the manufacturers so they probably don't know that these combi microwaves are all faulty. I won't accept a replacement because it will also have this fault as has been reported by other buyers on the Samsung forum. Watch this space!

The instruction leaflet provided is completey inadequate. The barcode on the leaflet didn't take me to the full instructions, took an hour to find the instructions online. It's complicated to use, not as user friendly as previous combi microwaves I've had and although it's the same size on the outside the inside is much smaller. The grill rack is too low and the grill takes along time to heat up. The 'heatblast' is really just a convection oven (not explained in the leaflet) and isn't any quicker than a normal oven. There are settlings for combination cooking, grill & microwave or oven and microwave but no non metal racks to go with it. The controls could be difficult to use if you have mobility problems like arthritis or Parkinsons as you have to push buttons, then turn the dial, then push the dial in and then turn the dial again and then push another button! On the plus side it does work (once you've found the instructions and deciphered them) and does cook food.

This microwave is poorly designed. The crusty plate is too large for the turntable and has the potential to rub the side of the microwave whilst the turntable is rotating. This resulted in the enamel being worn away which then resulted in sparking when using the microwave. This happens with only two uses of the microwave. It is incredibly difficult to get a replacement - Samsung must send an engineer to inspect the microwave & the authorise a return. I have received my replacement microwave and I can see that again the crusty plate is hitting the sides of the microwave. I will be keeping this microwave but will not be using the crusty plate as it is not safe. It’s such a shame as on paper this microwave sounds perfect. My confident in Samsung products has been lost and I would not purchase from them or AO again in the future. My next microwave will be purchased from another high street retailer.

Fantastic product. Larger than the normal microwaves. Great settings and looks amazing. Easy to use and extremely powerful. I can’t fault it in any way

This is supposed to be a high end model from Samsung and so the expectation were quite high when I purchased it. But rather very disappointing impression after a couple of uses because it makes a very loud rattling sound when its is running. Even my very old low end model was much quieter. Other features like HotBlast and SlimFry and a plus point but the loud sound puts me off. Not happy :(

Rubbish product not a patch on old product wish I’d never bought old product was half the price and performed better
