Great oven but like others have said it's tricky to find the correct link for a proper guide book for this product. The little book they give you is pretty rubbish. Other than that we have tried a few of all the many settings & find it works well. This microwave is poorly designed. The crusty plate is too large for the turntable and has the potential to rub the side of the microwave whilst the turntable is rotating. This resulted in the enamel being worn away which then resulted in sparking when using the microwave. This happens with only two uses of the microwave. It is incredibly difficult to get a replacement - Samsung must send an engineer to inspect the microwave & the authorise a return. I have received my replacement microwave and I can see that again the crusty plate is hitting the sides of the microwave. I will be keeping this microwave but will not be using the crusty plate as it is not safe. It’s such a shame as on paper this microwave sounds perfect. My confident in Samsung products has been lost and I would not purchase from them or AO again in the future. My next microwave will be purchased from another high street retailer.

I spent lots of time deliberating over what type of microwave to buy and read many reviews. I really like the microwave, has many useful preset options and looks great. Good size and nice to crisp things rather than make them soggy. Almost bought an air fryer too but don't need to with this.

I’ve had many a combination microwave in the past but this by far has to be the best, not only does it look good, cook fast it’s also easy to use ( my husband is testament to that). The grill inside unclips and can be moved down to clean the roof a previous bug bear. It’s a massive thumbs up from me, so much so l’m extending my work top to give it pride of place, Yes it’s little large but well worth it.

Makes cooking easy and healthy. It does what it says. Looks good. Controls can be a bit complicated. Cooking is faster compared to normal over as we don't have to wait for preheat. Airfry is good so it saved us space for an extra air fryer. We opted for free delivery which was spot on. Overall very happy.

Far too complicated for what I want. I thought that it would be easy, but here I am a couple of weeks down the line and this thing frustrates me. Too complex for the likes of me. It takes until page 40 in the instruction manual before you get down to the nitty gritty of defrosting. As for the grill - it seems to take far longer than expected. It's built well and doesn't look bad. However, I just hope that I can get to grips with it soon.

As I am recently widowed and living on my own for the first time in 60 years, I desperately needed some cooking appliances which catered for my needs. Fortunately my son - Hugh - is not only a much better cook than his ancient mother, but also far more up-to-date with modern technology than I will ever manage! This oven is completely BRILLIANT! If I can use it then anybody can. It is comprehensive, flexible and incredibly useful! I recommend it without any hesitation Best wishes Granny Diana

this is the 4th samsung micro weve had because my husband likes to stick with what heis used to! the cooking feature are superb and cooks a massive range of meals but in this latest model made in may 2020 it doesnt seem as well made it has a lot of sharp edges on it which none of the others had and the door is veryy stiff and also is has avery sharp edge on it you have to be careful not to catch yourself when wiping it so am a bit disappointed hence the 3 stars with the casing but cant fault the cooking features
