Works really well as a microwave. The air fry function is good, but it can't replicate dedicated fat-free fryers because it doesn't turn the food, but that aside it's a good feature. Complicated? Yes. Not only do you need to read the manual but you'll need it to hand if you want to do anything more than reheat food. One caveat - the machine gets very hot when using oven function so be careful where you house it, it also takes up much more space than an equivalent microwave as it has fan, heating element etc.

Love Samsung products always have a quality feel about them. Its easy to use but with so many functions you need to read the instructions to get the best out of it. I've mainly used the microwave but the oven did seem to heat fast and should come in useful when having dinner parties. Maybe a tad expensive but with the guarantee I was happy with the price.

Bought this based on good reviews . First appliance I received had been damaged in transit (and looked used) , which I put down to why it was so noisy when in use- called AO (who were golden) and they arranged a replacement . Second one looked brand new , but the same rattling noise is heard when using the microwave . The casing does not appear to be flush and vibrates . I tried on different surfaces but the same issue . Am unsure if I have received two bad products - but will be returning for a refund .

Very pleased with this microwave. Does everything expected of it. Like anything new it takes a little getting used to and we have needed a few goes to cook things the way we like them. The combination of microwave and conventional cooking works well, but is a bit fiddly as codes have to be looked up for specific items that you want to cook (I think this is a standard process for most combination ovens and I can't really see an alternative). One thing that it's missing - I had assumed that because it has a clock you could set a timer for the start of a cooking cycle. It doesn't do that. Not essential and my fault for not checking.

I have had a Panasonic Microwave combi microwave oven for years, but when it failed recently, opted for the Samsung to replace it, just hope it last 12 years as well. Anyway, only issue I had with it was the convection oven was not intuitive, why call it hot air, why not just call it what it is. I also notice that if you have items on the glass plate at the bottom of the oven and the tray on the wie rack, the items on the bottom don't cook, there seems to be quite a temperature differential from top to bottom, which is quite surprising.

I love the easy and smooth operation of the dial on this microwave, making it easy to set the time. It has a clear display and a variety of functions, it will take me a while to get around to trying all of them. Does an efficient job of heating the food.

I'm a fan of Samsung products, rapidly becoming the Bosch of the East I think (Quality/Design). I needed an oven/microwave and this was the right colour with the right features. I like the rotary/push dial for settings. There's lot's of modes, but following the cheat sheet inside the door helps for most. Haven't tried every feature yet, but it seems to be working well so far.
