Fantastic toaster, can be a bit over zealous if toasting multiple times but simply dial it back a notch and it continues to make perfect toast!

Really pleased with the Dualit toaster, does the toast nice and even, excellent for bagels and being able to check toast without losing heat is a Bonus, Highly recommended.

The most expensive toaster I’ve owned is the WORST toaster I’ve ever owned. I bought this to toast bread. Simple right? If only! We now avoid toasting anything in our house due to the poor performance of this toaster. It toasts really unevenly. One side will be over cooked and the other undercooked. I literally have to watch it and constantly rotate it to get a decent result. Take your eye off for a second and your bread is burnt and in the bin. I can only hope my product is faulty and have contacted Dualit for support.

Seems well put together and works well. Looks great. Toasts quickly. Only time will tell if it is worth the money. Makes me want to get a matching kettle now as well.

Replacing an older model I’d had for 15 years. Another great Dualit product, great service and speedy delivery.
