The most expensive toaster I’ve owned is the WORST toaster I’ve ever owned. I bought this to toast bread. Simple right? If only! We now avoid toasting anything in our house due to the poor performance of this toaster. It toasts really unevenly. One side will be over cooked and the other undercooked. I literally have to watch it and constantly rotate it to get a decent result. Take your eye off for a second and your bread is burnt and in the bin. I can only hope my product is faulty and have contacted Dualit for support.

This is the worst toaster I have ever bought. It doesn’t brown evenly and doesn’t even toast the sides. Can’t believe I paid over 100 pounds for this. Very disappointed

We got a Dualit Architect Toaster as a wedding gift 5 years ago. It has been used on daily basis, and is still in really good shape, the bottom drawer makes it easy to clean. It is really worth it to put a little more money for a toaster that you would keep for years and years, rather than a cheaper one which will brake after a couple of years.

Brilliant toaster it makes any toast perfectly tall or thick ... love been able to look at the toast to check it partway through cooking and it looks stylish too :)

Excellent foster very Google quality and looks very nice.The only down side is that it is massively over priced.

This is by far the nicest toaster we have had, the pop up function is great. It delightfully matches the kettle.

Couldn’t really justify spending the money on the upgraded dualite so decided to go for this one. Well needless to say I am not disappointed. It’s looks great and toasts evenly, also love the peek feature.
