This is the worst toaster I have ever bought. It doesn’t brown evenly and doesn’t even toast the sides. Can’t believe I paid over 100 pounds for this. Very disappointed

The most expensive toaster I’ve owned is the WORST toaster I’ve ever owned. I bought this to toast bread. Simple right? If only! We now avoid toasting anything in our house due to the poor performance of this toaster. It toasts really unevenly. One side will be over cooked and the other undercooked. I literally have to watch it and constantly rotate it to get a decent result. Take your eye off for a second and your bread is burnt and in the bin. I can only hope my product is faulty and have contacted Dualit for support.

Element has failed on the unit almost a year into ownership, making it a bread warmer instead of a toaster. Expect this shoddy quality when spending £20, not when spending £120. AVOID!

Feels really expensive and looks the part. I guess you'd want it to for the price. I had a minot issue with one of the toaster slots but AO were amazing. The bagel function is really cool on this I love it

Really nice design, the bagel setting is good and it's cool that you can swap out the sides to dif colours ( you have to buy new sides from dualit.com) to match your kitchen. Doesn't toast quite as perfectly as I hoped but maybe that's as good as it gets :')

Bought the toaster as fed up of toasters that don’t toast a full slice in 1. Seems to do the job, although I have only used 1 brand of bread so far. Expensive for a toaster so not 5 stars

Good looking toaster. Does the job, but perhaps not always as evenly toasted on the first use of thw morning. Subsequent slices more even.
