Wonderful, used the grill to toast before this, so much easier... obviously! I liked the fact you could toast a small or large amount so i didn't waist electricity. All be it, it would be better if it could toast a single slice, i'll let it off. I had no idea about the bagel toast on one side only feature until using it. Makes for a great bacon sandwich. Loving it!

Really nice design, the bagel setting is good and it's cool that you can swap out the sides to dif colours ( you have to buy new sides from dualit.com) to match your kitchen. Doesn't toast quite as perfectly as I hoped but maybe that's as good as it gets :')

Great toaster. Evenly toasts and I love that you can lift toast up part way through toasting to see if it has been toasted to your liking. No burnt toast! Looks great, I’m really pleased with it

Bought the toaster as fed up of toasters that don’t toast a full slice in 1. Seems to do the job, although I have only used 1 brand of bread so far. Expensive for a toaster so not 5 stars
