Not great for the price, doesn’t toast evenly on both sides!

I just love it. It looks amazing in my kitchen. So easy to clean and use. Wasn't sure first about the chrome. I was worried about finger prints. But I didn't need to worry. Also have the kettle as well they look fabulous together.

Feels really expensive and looks the part. I guess you'd want it to for the price. I had a minot issue with one of the toaster slots but AO were amazing. The bagel function is really cool on this I love it

This is the worst toaster I have ever bought. It doesn’t brown evenly and doesn’t even toast the sides. Can’t believe I paid over 100 pounds for this. Very disappointed
