I've always gone mid range with washer dryers but thought it was time to upgrade and splash out a bit. So glad I did because I can definitely tell the difference. It's the quietest washing machine I've had. The little Addwash feature is so handy too. I've only had the washer about a week now but I've used the Addwash door every time so far. 10/10!!

Really sad that this broke within 4 weeks of use. AO replaced it although the delivery driver that installed it did so incorrectly so it flooded the kitchen. 10 minutes later it also broke. 2 engineers from AO came the next day and confirmed it was indeed broken too. Absolutely gutted. 2 Samsung washing machines sent and of absolutely no use. Hundreds of pounds worth completely useless. I can't fault AO for their help in dealing with this and sending replacements at all. Samsung on the other hand were downright rude. I explained I couldn't give them the model number as it was inside the door which was locked due to the machine being broken and full of water. I was told they wouldnt send an engineer until I gave them this number. I was then instructed to drain the machine. I said the machine is full of washing and water and seriously heavy. The woman's exact words were "How old are you? Surely you can manage!" She was so rude that the call ended up with their complaints department. Never been spoken to like that before and I'm not one for making a fuss usually either. AO have sorted another brand replacement now and really did give me a call back to ensure everything was OK and as it should be. 5* AO

Gr8 washer dryer, takes a wee while to work out the controls but once mastered its a wheeze! Really quiet on the final spin too. Not too sure about the WiFi for this machine, bit if a novelty? Loads of programmes to use for your washing. Would definitely recommend.
