Decent machine. It’s very quiet when washing or spinning. I really only have two gripes, both minor: 1. There seems to be no way to set the machine come on after a set delay, or at a given time. I would really like to be able to load it up and have it start running at night after I’ve gone to bed. 2. Very minor, but since this is installed in the kitchen under the counter, I am forever accidentally touching the start button. The silly power up noise is driving me crazy. Apart from that, it does what it advertises. Clothes come out clean and dry.

Really sad that this broke within 4 weeks of use. AO replaced it although the delivery driver that installed it did so incorrectly so it flooded the kitchen. 10 minutes later it also broke. 2 engineers from AO came the next day and confirmed it was indeed broken too. Absolutely gutted. 2 Samsung washing machines sent and of absolutely no use. Hundreds of pounds worth completely useless. I can't fault AO for their help in dealing with this and sending replacements at all. Samsung on the other hand were downright rude. I explained I couldn't give them the model number as it was inside the door which was locked due to the machine being broken and full of water. I was told they wouldnt send an engineer until I gave them this number. I was then instructed to drain the machine. I said the machine is full of washing and water and seriously heavy. The woman's exact words were "How old are you? Surely you can manage!" She was so rude that the call ended up with their complaints department. Never been spoken to like that before and I'm not one for making a fuss usually either. AO have sorted another brand replacement now and really did give me a call back to ensure everything was OK and as it should be. 5* AO

Door leaked in 3 places after 18months and no replacement doors available and at the same time the ball bearings went and machine had to be replaced. AO were amazing but sadly you have to contact Samsung first (several times) which is a time consuming and difficult experience. Would I buy this product or anything Samsung again? No, it was just easier and more convenient to get the replacement.

I love my new washer dryer. It's so quiet and even plays a tune when the cycle is done. And ao.com are brilliant Delivery was free and the delivery men are spot on put it just where it was supposed to go. Five star treatment.

Absolutely love this machine, it's so quiet and efficient. The door opening during cycle is nearly used each wash, as there is always something! Would definately recommend, worth the money.

It has been one week since we receive the washer dryer and I couldn’t be more happy with it. It’s so quiet on every cycle ??and clothes came out clean and fresh ?? there is 2 or 3 programs that you can do full load and plenty of cycles with half load. The only minus is energy efficiency which is E but it is really worth it. Highly recommend!

Great product and worth the cost. Very useful features, only shame is you cannot set off the wash or det a delay timer from the app.

Looks great and is rather silent. You have to be prepared to download the smart things app though as the device works best with this. You get a receipt on the app where you can click that you are washing towels, then whether they are dark, black or white and whether medium or high spiking and whether you want to add a drying cycle. The app then tells you the best cycle for those clothes and sends the information to your washing machine. You simply then press go on your washing machine and it does the rest. The app will pop up to tell you when the machine is finished. In fact I have my Samsung tv connected to the app as well so it pops up on the tv in my cinema room to tell me the wash has finished so I can go down stairs to empty.
