Great washer/dryer. Leaves clothes cupboard dry so long as you don't fill it above the line on the door. It's really handy being able to use the Smartthings app to programme exactly what you want it to do, and to get summary costs for each days washing based on energy usage is helpful too. Nice and quiet, doesn't dance around the room.

The tumble drying function works ok. Sometimes clothes might need to be hung out for an hour or so afterwards or run through an additional shorter drying cycle. To wash and dry clothes the cycle takes about 6 or 7 hours. The app functionality is useful to see all the different functions the washer dryer can offer, and what the different functions entail. No problems so far but have only had for a month or so. Seems to be a quiet machine.

Very happy with this washer dryer, great drum capacity (king size duvet washed with ease) and extensive program options - way easier to use than anticipated, have not set up WiFi on it yet as haven't felt it necessary. Not found any negatives yet. The fact we own other samsung appliances that have lasted well, the 5yr warranty and energy efficiency for wash (A) also influenced our choice.

Great service as always from AO and product is really good and very straightforward to use. I had a washer dryer years ago and said to myself would never have another but this machine has made me eat my words. I would highly recommend this machine.

Absolutely love my new Samsung washer dryer! It does everything it says it is to do and you have a lovely sing song tune at the end of the cycles to let you know it has finished. The team at AO that came m to install my new machine were friendly and experienced in their field of work. I am so happy!
