Terrible customer service from Hotpoint

The hob was fine until it stopped working, found the buttons a bit annoying as they often are on induction hobs.
The hob broke within the 1 year guarantee and I’ve been without a working hob for more than 2 months. The Hotpoint service has been absolutely terrible. 7 engineer appointments and 3 of them no engineer showed up to, without communicating the need to cancel so you’re waiting in all day. Only reason I’m finally getting a replacement is cause the last engineer told them to stop messing us around. This was after me myself having talked to them several times communicating very clearly that I wanted a replacement as it wasn’t getting fixed. Because of the customer service from Hotpoint next time I’d definitely go with another brand.
