Good hoover

Bought to replace a Dyson stick vacuum cleaner. Never had a Henry before but, so far, so good. Way, way better than the dyson. Just need to get used to having a wire now... In short, it does what it says it should do only better.

This product is exactly what it says it is leaves your home clean and very easy to use fabulous at getting pet hair up.

Best hoover I’ve bought, I’ll never buy the popular bagless uprights again.

Reliable as always. I have had numerous different vacuum cleaners over the last few years which have all broken. I decided to go back to having a Henry and wish I had done it ages ago. Simple but very effective!

This is by far the best Henry we’ve bought and we must be on our fifth by now. It’s the first time we’ve bought a pet one and it is doing a much better job on the carpets than the standard Henry. I like the additional tools and the extra bag that was included.

Vacuum was delivered promptly, though had paid extra for a quicker delivery. Was kept updated regarding delivery. Was happy with purchase. The vacuum itself comes with 5 tools; crevice tool, upholstery brush, small brush, pet hair floor cleaner tool and standard floor cleaner tool. The pet floor cleaner tool is much noisier to use but prevents build up of pet hair being caught in the brush. The filter is much thicker than standard. Overall am happy with the vacuum so far, this has functioned as to be expected from a Henry vacuum. I am pleased with the purchase fom AO from whom I hadn't bought before.

Great vacuum ,great suction turbo brush is very effective doing the stairs!
