Does what it says on the box….very effective for vacuum cleaning my dogs hair!

Overall good vacuum but when I went to try it the wheel was broke, so now I have to try and buy a replacement wheel as to much hassle to box back up and send back over a wheel, even though I shouldn't have to replace the wheel myself. (But overall it is a stronger vacuum than normal Henry/Hetty, so definitely recommend as I see a difference when getting pet hair off carpet compared to Hetty.

had a Dyson for a number of years - the way people were raving about it - it was meant to change my life - it didn't. same job - same house - same car - same husband as pre-Dyson... and then Dyson died - couldn't cope with my boring life probably ;-) so now the time has come for Henry. i expect Henry to be sturdy and reliable - and do not give up easily cleaning after 3 dogs and 2 cats; so far so good - we've been together for a week and he does the job brilliantly without complaining; Henry himself is pretty quiet - one of the brushes is bit noisy - but it goes brilliantly with my out of tune singing - so all good :-)

I like it because it’s easy to use and with having bags it’s easy to keep clean and fresh
