Only used 3 times and failed. Waiting an engineers visit. For the 2/3 times of use - takes much longer than previous beko condenser machine. Ability to clean filters very easy. My wife would prefer to return back to a condenser model -regardless of expense!

Has been a absolute god send especially in the colder months, it’s really convenient that all you need to do is plug it in so it can be put anywhere around the house and just empty the water container when it’s full, plus the multiple settings also help to make sure your clothes don’t get damaged

This is my very first tumble dryer and I love it! I have been using it for some weeks now and I am so happy with my purchase. It is not too loud but it works brilliantly - I always use the Eco programme and everything comes dry and soft (unless you put too many clothes inside like I did once!). The filters are easy to clean after each use and it does not cause any major condensation in the room I put it (it is a small room so I would notice it otherwise).

Good delivery service as usual from AO. The tumble drier is doing what a good tumble should do; dry without fuss. Can’t fault it so far. I can’t comment on the cost as we’ve only had it for a few weeks.

This hot point dryer is brilliant, excellent value for money and the cheapest dryer to run. I am disabled, and this dryer is easy to use and load plus easy to clean out fluff draw.

Easy to use and efficient.

Great tumble dryer, some things come out a little damp but that’ll just be because some things dry quicker than others. Happy with level of noise it makes. Easy to remove and clean fluff filter and water container.

Quiet and efficient machine. Eco program takes around 3 hours but is the most economical. Takes a big washload and overall a great tumble dryer.
