Looks good and works well. Only slight negative is there is no obvious indicator for when the water tank needs emptying.

I haven't given the full 5 stars as it is a bit soon to be so confident. Good service, communication and, of course, price. He who didn't want a tumble dryer is pleased with it and my daughter is planning to wash her whole wardrobe now that she can get it properly dry. All in all a good buy. I think granny got it right, for once!

Avoid, exceptionally disappointed with this product, time to dry way, way more excessive than what it states, discussion with Hotpoint informs its normal for a heat pump drier to take up to 8 hours to dry a full load! If I had known that when researching from the available information, I would have made a different choice, it may use 40% of the electricity a vented drier does, but when it takes 4 times as long to dry, not efficient at all!

Having reached the age of 43 and a half without ever owning a separate tumble dryer…. this is a game changer and has resulted in me achieving “adulthood level 9”. I’ve only had it a week but have washed and dried everything apart from the cat so it’s had a lot of use already. It’s easy to use, the drum size is bigger than expected which is great… clothes have plenty of room to tumble and play tangle with each other. The filters are delicate but easy to access and empty. It’s a little noisier than I thought but I have nothing to compare it with so that might be normal. There are plenty of settings, I’m still playing around with them to see what works best for me and which are most efficient in terms of cost and time. It does tend to tell porkies when it comes to the time, perhaps 1 minute is actually half an hour where it comes from? You’ll soon learn to forgive that though, as it’s drying performance far outweighs it’s ability to understand Earth time. I always thought tumble dryers were expensive to run, however this one isn’t, at most it’s cost a couple of kWh per load (about 34p) on my tariff and the eco setting used considerably less. Now the only problem I have is my washer/dryer didn’t accept the new family member… took offence to sharing the same room as my new shiny dryer and had a meltdown when it realised 50% of its job had become redundant…. Things got really bad yesterday and it quit! Yes that right, threw a wobbly - spat it’s drum off the springs or spider (whatever you call it) screamed the house down and faked it’s voice only a military fighter jet would match. So, AO to the rescue, new washer on order and they are taking the W/D for a peaceful recycle.

My wife and I bought this after the length of time it was taking to dry the clothes in the new house. Can’t have any complaints after been put off buying before because of people telling us how expensive they are to run but with the heat pump technology we are getting bone dry bedding and towels in 30 minutes for pennies on electricity which used to take days to dry in the house. Can not fault this product!

the tumble dryer wasn’t so great- by the time a mixed load had finished the clothes were still wet after 2 hours drying. The sensors didn’t pick this up. Bit disappointed as I read good reviews before I chose this over a standard and it was more expensive

Is not take so long to dry, as my previous one was same brand , but condense tumble dryer. Is not so noesy and looks good. I'm very satisfied with my new dryer. Arriving for less then 24h, witch is 5 more stars for AO. Thank you!

This is my best buy in a long time. Clothes come out nice and dry and most dont need ironing, so thats a really welcome bonus. The machine fits into a cupboard where my boiler is fitted and it looks very stylish. It runs so quietly that I find myself going to check if its still on. I also like that it keeps the drum moving so less creasing even after the cycle has finished. It does take a bit longer to dry but I expected that and so its not a problem especially when I consider how cheap the running costs are on this model. Just a pity I didnt get it sooner.
