I can see the difference in my electricity bills already which is really good, however other reviews say the machine is quiet but I find this to be the noisiest machine I have ever owned I have to close the door as the noise is so irritating hence the 3 stars

Nice looking. Lots of features. Stops when washing is dry rather than wearing more energy. Pretty good all round.

easy to use and setup

Impressive, unit is quite & efficient. Electric bill hasn't shot-up after buying so happy. Only complaint is that spin cycles are really long.

I thought switching from a vented dryer to a heat pump dryer would take a lot of getting used to, but I have been pleasantly surprised. My new heat pump dryer is nice to use, with settings that cater to more than I need, the water reservoir is so easy to empty that it doesn't register as an inconvenience, and it dries my clothes a lot more gently than my old dryer; I can already tell I will get more wear out of my clothes.
