I was able to return this product. I wanted a combination microwave, you are not able to pick your microwave settings ie. you can’t set 750 or 900 etc you can select warm, medium or hot. When I asked Panasonic their response was set it to warm which is 600 and then work out how long to leave it on. I am sorry, I am spending a lot of money on this and I don’t expect to be told to work it out yourself.

Very powerful with a lot of useful programmes. The door opens rigidly at a 90 degree angle which can make it awkward to place items inside and is really difficult to remove hot items safely. The internal capacity is a lot smaller than anticipated and crockery I could use before in my old microwave now no longer fit so will have to get some new ones. The stainless steel finish also stains quite badly and even after a short time the door release button looks quite shabby, despite cleaning it as recommended in the instructions.

So, I am a long time user of Panasonic and always will be, and this microwave proves why! It looks good. Obviously, this is one of the main reasons why we buy things. So it gets a big tick with its lovely stainless steel and black accents. Its display and buttons are super easy to use and packed full of options. The guide it comes with details hundreds of options for cooking, but also how to cook and what to cook with its recipes in there too. Really, really impressive! Then we get to the cooking. Well, Panasonic never disappoints, this is why they are so successful in the home appliance market. The way this cooks is far superior to others I have used and its been a breeze to just press a couple of buttons and have the food I want to be cooked, correctly cooked, evenly heated, but also the unit itself never got too hot on the outside like many others I have used. Simplicity, chef-like cooking, easy to use, feature rich.... what else do you want? Oh, wait, it's 20% smaller than the other combi microwaves out there, impressive eh!

This microwave does everything you need from a mobile appliance. You can Grill, you can Bake, you can Roast and you can even just use it as a good old Microwave if you please. You can mix up the settings by combining the various sources like Grill and Microwave or Convection and Microwave. Or you can use each of the individual sources on their own. It looks good with the stainless steel outer and packs a good punch with 1000W Microwave 1300W oven and Grill. Cooking temperature upto 220C and a decent 27 litre capacity. What more can I say, I like it.

This Panasonic is so reliable it's amost boring. If you trouble yourself to investigate who are the established leaders in Microwave Oven technology you will find that almost all the plaudits go to Panasonic. Their Inverter giving their products a clear technological advantage which enables their range of combination Microwave ovens to offer far more flexibility in use than just about every other manufacturer. Up until now I was reluctant to pay for this kind of flexibility because I just wanted a microwave oven and I had been happy to accept a cheaper product. My previous microwave oven cured me of that false sense of security. It's unstable performance just didn't give me the kind of confidence I needed when I was using it it was becoming a potential menace. The story is that after about a year of normal two person family useage it's performance began to become varied. The foods and beverages I cooked in my original microwave oven ranged in temperature from stone cold to boiling over for much of the time this frustrating and dangerous phenomena decided us to get a ...brand new branded microwave from an established manufacturer which to me meant that finally Panasonic came first. And so the story goes that here I am as happy as a sandboy because thanks to AO and Panasonic safety precision and a new modicum of predictable Panasonic normality have now been ....restored... Truly ...Panasonic...

Bought to replace an old Panasonic microwave that had finally given up! This is brilliant! Very easy to use. At the moment I haven’t used all the functions but did watch the review video on the link provided which shows what the microwave can do...and it can cook pretty much anything, from roast chicken to bread rolls and quiches. Looks great and isn’t bulky whilst being large on the inside. (The glass plate in the bottom is 34 cm diameter).

I am loving this microwave. We have a tiny kitchen, so I’ve gone without a microwave for almost 2 years. I did lots of research to find the right one. This is a great size, especially for a combination microwave/grill. I have space in front of it on the counter. The inside is very generous, with a massive turntable. I haven’t used half the features yet, as I’m still enjoying the novelty of reheating tea and defrosting meat! It’s not too loud either (believe me, I’d notice in my little kitchen!). The light inside is super bright so I can see my porridge before it overflows. The control panel isn’t overwhelming with a dozen buttons and the digital display is clear and easy to read. Im glad I did my research first, no regrets on this purchase!

First time I've used ao for anything but will use again delivery guys were great and helpful even at 7am on a Sunday morning, the microwave is very good and simple to use works so much better than our old one
