So, I am a long time user of Panasonic and always will be, and this microwave proves why! It looks good. Obviously, this is one of the main reasons why we buy things. So it gets a big tick with its lovely stainless steel and black accents. Its display and buttons are super easy to use and packed full of options. The guide it comes with details hundreds of options for cooking, but also how to cook and what to cook with its recipes in there too. Really, really impressive! Then we get to the cooking. Well, Panasonic never disappoints, this is why they are so successful in the home appliance market. The way this cooks is far superior to others I have used and its been a breeze to just press a couple of buttons and have the food I want to be cooked, correctly cooked, evenly heated, but also the unit itself never got too hot on the outside like many others I have used. Simplicity, chef-like cooking, easy to use, feature rich.... what else do you want? Oh, wait, it's 20% smaller than the other combi microwaves out there, impressive eh!

We got this microwave to replace a standard one we previously had and we are so glad we chose a combination microwave. Even though when researching, the reviews were fairly mixed, this model has made cooking so easy with its features! And it also looks great in the kitchen.

I was able to return this product. I wanted a combination microwave, you are not able to pick your microwave settings ie. you can’t set 750 or 900 etc you can select warm, medium or hot. When I asked Panasonic their response was set it to warm which is 600 and then work out how long to leave it on. I am sorry, I am spending a lot of money on this and I don’t expect to be told to work it out yourself.

Compact for the size. Looks good. Easy to use. Proper buttons. Ticks all the boxes

The microwave is one of the best I have used. All of the functions are very easy to use. It is quiet and slick and well worth the price. The functions are a lot better than what I have used on a microwave previously. I used the grill to cook burgers and it was no different than using a grill in the oven or even a fold down style grill. The defrost setting was also one that pleased me. Unlike any other microwave I have owned, I put in the weight of the item and it defrosted perfectly in the time allotted without cooking the edges. All in all a great microwave and well worth the money.

I owned a Panasonic inverter microwave for several years, I would guess ten. I had to replace it simply because the display, which had never been very clear became even harder to read. I bought a replacement Panasonic of more or less identical specification but with an improved display and "touch pads" in stead of buttons. We could not get on with the touch pads finding them hard to press and find, so within a week we gave it to our son and bought this model which we have found to be perfect in all respects with proper buttons plus the improved display. It has all the many functions of our original oven and looks magnificent in stainless steel. In short I believe we have now found the perfect microwave, for us at least.
