Faulty machine, atrocious service from AO and Hotpoint

Very disappointed in both Hotpoint, who will take 11 days to attend to a brand new machine that never worked (and has been the subject of repeated service calls, and especially Appliances Online as the retailer who won't simply replace the faulty machine without charging for it as a "used" machine. And I have paid for their 5 star service...
