Washes quietly but during the drying process makes an annoying thud every 10-15 seconds or so. I queried this with the manufacturer and they told me that during the drying process a valve opens periodically to give a squirt of water into the drum, hence the noise. It's not something I've experienced before in a washer-dryer. Hmm!! On the advice of the manufactirer, I took this up with AO as I find it annoying and there was no mention of this in the product description. The agent said he needed to speak to various people about how to proceed. After 4 days I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. It seems as an experience, it's going downhill fast.

Wide range of programs, but they are awkwardly restrictive - not easy to use. The drying setting is noisy, repeatedly opens the water inlet for half a second every few seconds, and loudly locks and unlocks the door for no apparent reason.

This machine washes well, I like the fast wash especially. I haven’t used the drying function yet. When you switch it on there is a long pause and then 2 ominous sounding clicks but that doesn’t seem to affect its efficiency.

This machine washes clothes very well, items are clean even on the 30 minute rapid wash. Drying does take a little longer than my previous washer dryer and there is no flexible drying time option, however, sheets etc., are cupboard dry. Overall, a good washer dryer.

Excellent washer/dryer. Washes and drys all fabrics perfectly. It runs very quietly and has an extensive list of variable wash and dry programs.
