Not as quiet as I expected but does the job and does it well

It's a great washing machine. Does the job required of. The spin is very quiet which I like a lot.

Does what it says on the box. Quick quiet and effective.

Only had a few weeks but have to say it's a good washer dryer. It's really quiet washing and drying takes a few hours but the clothes are dry which is great.

First time bought Hotpoint. So far so good.

I was a bit dubious about ordering a washer dryer, but lacked the space for separate white goods. I'm really impressed with the programmes I've tried so far, including the steam function. I love the dryer and the price was excellent value for money . Hotpoint is a household name, and im really impressed. I actually look forward to doing the laundry now!. .

Instructions of how to use not easy to understand especially by a 75 year old who hasn't had to buy a new washer/dryer in over 10 years. However, now that I'm getting used to reading them more carefully I'm really pleased with my buy.

Excellent washer-dryer with the right mix of washing spinning and drying programmes, including lower temperature and rapid wash cycles. Good wash and dry load capacities and is suitable for most average size family needs. A good value all-round washer-dryer product. Product would however benefit from having a slightly longer power lead and also better and more clearly presented user instructions (not just printed A4-sheets - and suitable for people of all ages to use with ease and without help from others.
