Does not sit level on the counter, it rocks to the low corner when you open the door etc. Had to find some adhesive feet to get it sitting properly.

Looks nice, not great at heating food quickly. Also the eco mode is nice because you don’t have to have the light on all the time.

It is a lovely microwave and easy to use. It does look cheaper than I hoped with a fairly flimsy plastic front which looks almost bowed as it’s not glass.

Hard to work out how to use the presettings, even after reading the instructions.

The product is a nice design. However, although the same power as our previous microwave, it seems to take more time to do the same job! Also, there is an internal light which although illuminated when cooking, cannot be seen through the darkened door. Not so handy if you're keeping your eye on something....you can't see it! A minor thing, but annoying, it beeps 4 times at the end of cooking. It's rather loud and repeats after 30 seconds if you haven't opened the door. Overall, a little disappointed.

Nice looking and does the job The problem is that it is situated in a fitted cupboard so the controls are difficult to see. I wonder why Samsung have not back-lit the control panel

Poor light within the microwave basically non existent once you close the door, and seems underpowered even for 800 Watts. But for price it looks great and does what it's supposed to do.
