Food was only getting warm not as hot as previous microwave .Although only had it few weeks Samsung insisted on sending out an engineer who despite me wanting an exchange replaced the magnetron - still not as good as previous microwave same wattage etc

Not great, 20 days old and just had the engineer out - rogue screw rattling around the unit every time it was used.

Damaged base, looked like factory damage returned no problems.

Packaged so poorly when I lifted the polystyrene off the top the glass plate fell to the floor and smashed into a thousand pieces and noone will return my email to get a replacement so currently unable to use the new microwave.

Looks smart. Works twice, then kaputt. Ssing engineers tale over a week, so no idea if they'll fix it.

It unfortunately didn't work Samsung customer services were dreadful. I called AO who were brilliant and ordered a different make. Not sure I will rush to buy Samsung equipment anymore

I was extremely disappointed with this item. I know it's not an expensive microwave but it was much much cheaper looking than I expected from Samsung. I eneded up sending it back to AO and purchased and Panasonic model which is far far superior

product arrived not working. Am currently trying to sort it out with Samsung who are taking their sweet time. AO have been amazing and sorted lots out for us but Samsung have been rubbish and I’m quite disappointed.
