After our last microwave of ten years died a death I spent ages looking for a new microwave that was black in colour and had either a steel or cermanic inside. I’ve had microwaves in the past with white enamel insides that after a while cracked and peeled away. I read numerous reviews on Samsung microwaves and read a mixed bag of thoughts from other people whom purchased this brands microwaves. Overall those reviews were positive so this helped me decide to buy this microwave. I’m pleased to say I am delighted with my purchase. It’s completely black and looks very stylish and modern in our kitchen. The inside is ceramic and easy to clean; the ceramic inside is going to last and not rust or chip. I like the fact there is an eco mode so the microwave can be left plugged in and on but the time isn’t always visible unless I press a button to reveal it. So far we’ve used the cooking and defrost functions and these have been easy to use.

Instructions very clear and easy to understand. Pinging after the time is very clear and repeats itself so that you do forget that it is ready. Great Idea.So easy to clean and the turntable easy to fit after washing. Wishing I had this one a long time ago as we use the microwave a lot.Many thanks to Samsung

This microwave looks smart with simple to use controls and with ceramic inside there is no chance of rust.

I only wanted a basic Samsung microwave and chose this one, I must say i am very pleased with it, so easy to clean being enamel inside. My old one had the paint peel off inside!! It's easy to use and has some very good features. It also takes a large size dinner plate.

One gets used to the old microwave! Over time it has become second nature and easy to use! The new microwave, same capacity, is smaller and initially takes getting use to because the controls are different but not difficult. However, after a week we are getting there. The stored settings are extremely useful, especially for vegetables.

The light inside does not light up when using microwave I like to see what is happening when things are cooking

This microware looks good the size and the price. I have heat my food up also cook. easy to clean out. This is the best microware I have in long time I rate this more than 5 star.

Only used it a couple of times but delighted with it's performance so far. Quick wipe over and it's done. .
