Great looking microwave. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Two criticism the very dim light when you open the door, and there is no light on when in operation so you cannot see if liquids or food is spilling over which is very poor design for a cooking appliance.

A nice compact microwave. Not too sure how many of the pre-set programs I will use as there is no obvious guide on the actual microwave. Most programs are based on a type of food or meal rather than a low, medium or high heat. There is no manual supplied, instead you have to download and print off the Samsung website. Also there is no internal light whilst the microwave is working.

Product exactly as described. The eco button attracted me to this product and I am not disappointed.

Great looking microwave, sleek and cool. As with all Samsung appliances it's well made with premium materials and feels robust. After using it now for a couple of weeks I have taken a star off for two reasons: 1. The window in the door is so dark that you cannot see through to the food being cooked. For things like a bowl of soup it's nice to be able to to hear in from time to time to make sure it has bubbled over and splattered the inside of the oven. However if you were using the right setting and time then this shouldn't happen anyway and even if it does the easy clean ceramic interior shouldn't take much more and I wipe over. 2. They made the controls somewhat awkward to use unless you are using one of the auto cook features. On other microwaves I've had in the past you can literally hit a button or 2 and cook something for a few minutes. On this one to merely setup cooking a frozen McCain's baked potato is at least 10 prices of different buttons. You have to select microwave then the power setting then the time setting which itself is just up and down arrows so to get to 8 minutes for the spud it is several key presses. First world problems I know, but they they combine to make it slightly more awkward to use than my previous models. That wouldn't stop me buying it again however, as the unit itself is really nice and cooks food very well. I haven't got into all of the auto cook features yet but over time I'm sure they will make life quicker and easier, and as we get to know the different for our frequently cooked foods I'm sure they will be used much more. Oooh, on that.... a nice touch is that you can set up favorites, so a couple of key presses jungkook something you you do often at the right power and time setting. All in all a lovely machine, with only a couple of minor points (which I may have been harsh to count as flaws) but are just different to what I am used to.

Great microwave. Had been looking for one that doesn’t rust as my last two had rusted after a few years even though they were wiped after each use. This is a lovely looking microwave and cooks/ heats up food really well. Also on offer which was great. Only thing I could complain about was lack of instruction in the manual. Did say you could download full manual but failed to do so even though I followed links/ instructions. After a few hit and misses got it working perfectly. Very happy.

I bought one of these in October 2019, specifically because I was fed up with peeling paint inside of previous microwaves, and as it said it was ceramic inside hopefully I would have no peeling paint! Just over a year later with normal use I failed to notice that the inside of the oven door is the ONLY part that is NOT ceramic and therefore, large chunks of paint have come away revealing bare metal. I have noted that the BACK of the microwave is ceramic coated!! Go figure. The microwave overall is great and cooks and operates fine, but yet again, I need to buy another one so I won’t be spending much on the next, nor will it be a Samsung.

Very pleased with the Samsung microwave. Easy to use and looks smart. Some microwaves are very expensive but this one is great value for money.
