It arrived and just wobbles! It’s not level at all. Tried AO for help got through to Samsung and what a long drawn out 45 minutes to get someone to assist! Still not sorted as now have to email it through. So it’s been a nightmare really!

The product is well made with many functions. However when the microwave is operational you cannot see what’s happening in the chamber, as the internal light is extremely dim. I’ve tried without success to contact Samsung about this design fault, because using it without seeing inside the chamber is totally unacceptable.

Never had a wave that you cant see what you're cooking or even how it's coming along. They should say the door is completely black.

Good looking product. I was replacing a 800w with a 800w, but I must say it's performance is significantly less than my previous microwave. For example, warming up 250ml of milk takes double the time of my previous microwave. I guess was a bit naive thinking that all 800w microwaves would perform the same.

bought one of these just over a year ago door has broken twice would not buy again

Does the job but in regards to the odour ventilation option, i don't think it does the job. Also, quick heat option has to be programmed individually and the 30sec options always very low heat which is not helpful.
