the product had items missing, and was uneven on the base. we had to use putty on the base to level it out,should have sent it back but could'nt be bothered with the hassle.

When I used the steamer, water was leaking and damage my carpet. I returned the product

Product arrived with a dint in the top over a week ago. I contacted AO via the live chat and they told me to send images to a website and they would sort it, which I did immediately. Still had no response. Currently gone for over a week with no microwave as I do not want the one they have sent me with a dint in the top of it. Terrible customer service.

We purchased the MS23K3513AK as size and colour appealed to our needs. Our old Sharp microwave of 20+ years was now too large for our kitchen. After receiving our new microwave, we first found that the interior light is useless as you can hardly see a thing. This when looked into we found was a common criticism of this model - we should have reviewed more thoroughly prior to purchase! After 4 months, without a great deal of use, our microwave decided to give off smoke and a burning smell so we immediately stopped using and reported. The fault was with the transformer and we were then without a microwave for a few weeks as Samsung wanted to repair the faulty unit. We had hoped due to the value that it would have just been replaced. This has left us disappointed with our purchase but also with no confidence to ever try a Samsung product in the future!

This model microwave only has one rubber foot (you’d imagine it would have 4) however the other 3 ‘feet’ are just the bare metal case of the unit. All 4 points of contact have left marks on our brand new white Quartz worktop, so currently it’s the microwave resides on the dining room floor until I fix new feet to it… Poor design and service. It cooks at least.

Was excited to get this but noticed tge box was damaged. Got it out put it in side and not even used it till yesterday. See a light coming threw when I turned it on from tge side. Put reading specs on to notice its cone apart on 1 end slightly like it's been dropped. Now stuck with a bust microwave as didn't use it for weeks

The ordering was easy and delivery was next day, half hour warning though expected a bigger window of time. The defrost function does not work nor the melting function. Hopefully a engineer will be getting in touch for an inspection soon. Very basic.

I bought one of these in October 2019, specifically because I was fed up with peeling paint inside of previous microwaves, and as it said it was ceramic inside hopefully I would have no peeling paint! Just over a year later with normal use I failed to notice that the inside of the oven door is the ONLY part that is NOT ceramic and therefore, large chunks of paint have come away revealing bare metal. I have noted that the BACK of the microwave is ceramic coated!! Go figure. The microwave overall is great and cooks and operates fine, but yet again, I need to buy another one so I won’t be spending much on the next, nor will it be a Samsung.
