First 4 weeks very happy, last 7 months nothing but faults from the same issue.
Fist started to show a fault at 4 weeks the unit that produces the microwaves started stuttering. Called up but was told unless I could prove a fault I would have to pay for a engineer.
Left it until it went properly. That is it started to smoke and would not heat anything anymore. They came out and fixed it. Good except it gas gone again 2 months later same issue and the call centre has told me they will call back later, they didn't. I called back and was put on hold until they all went home at 6pm... will never buy hotpoint or whirlpool again
