This stopped working less than a month after purchasing, the battery just stopped working, even after following all of their troubleshooting tips. luckily AO were fantastic about it. the product itself is unreliable - my mistake as we used to have a shark that was also terrible!

Worked ok for a couple of weeks but recently it started squeaking when pulling backwards and was very hard work just to push and pull the vacuum glad I registered the product with Shark and getting in touch with them tomorrow

Does not stand up on its own as it is top heavy have to return mine as the red over heating symbol came on only had it for 3 months hardly use it

It's a great product I bought for my daughter. However, it broke where the handle folds down. Replaced with quibble though.

I’ve recently switched from a Dyson V11, and I’m pleased with the new Shark. The noise is reduced, battery life isn’t bad and the suction is good. My only niggle, and it’s not really a huge one at that, is that it’s not as mobile on the floor in comparison to the previous hoover. It’s not a deal breaker though! Added bonus the odour capsule that you can pop into the hoover head, very good!

Easier to use than I thought and good suction. The 120 minutes run time is very optimistic. I’d be lucky to get 20 mins per battery. But overall a very good cleaner

Works well, good attachment options, but concerns about fragility. Good running time from both batteries supplied

A good product and our second Shark cleaner. Cleans the cat hair up easily. Leaves the carpet pile fluffy and looking like it has been cleaned which I like. Only one downside is that on double battery charger only one works. We have contacted Shark for a replacement and are awaiting them to come back into stock. This doesn't really effect the cleaning though and I still recommend.
