My wife is ecstatic with this purchase, after our cordless Dyson gave up after 6 years of torture we decided to go for something different, I surprised her with Mr Shark as she likes to call it. We have a cat that molts everywhere and a messy 9 year old, so it's constantly in use, we have hair and food crumbs that are swept up effortlessly thanks to the dual roller tech and anti hair wrap tech (no more needing to clean the rollers every week!) having 2 batteries is such a massive help, we can do the full house on 1 battery whilst the other charges ready for next time, the CleanIQ tech is awesome and so are the LEDs as we have a dark carpet so sometimes seeing debris or dirt is hard! The attachments are fantastic, especially the soft bristled one, we use that for the blinds and they have never looked so clean. It is slightly heavier than other brands but you can tell it is going to last a long time, its built to last and actually feels like you are cleaning efficiently. Would rate this as the best family/pet cordless vacuum on the market.

Very Good amount of suction compaired to my dyson , does a brilliant job picking up dog hair , I found it does use up the power quite quick so just as well it has two batteries

Great vac, the folding function is a little annoying but also convenient for storing away. The power is excellent and two batteries is fantastic. Overall I like it but it’s a shame it doesn’t stand up on its own.

Excellent, lightweight enough to move and do what i need to but also you know it’s quality. Fantastic and easy to use, love the light on the front and how easy it is to change to handheld, tools supplied are also great, they cover all areas that I’ll possibly need. Highly recommend this!

Great better suction than my older model

Amazing, own a German shepherd and picks up hairs no problem.

After having an ancient Dyson vacuum that was slowly dwindling over the years, unpacked this and got straight to it. It picked up years of dust I hadn't even seen. All my rugs are now a completely different colour without the layer of ancient dust. Very happy with this product! It definitely does need the two batteries to get round the whole house though.

This is my first cordless vacuum, and to be fair it does a slightly better job than expected. The pickup is not bad at all for a battery operated vacuum. The anti hair wrap rollers work well cutting down on maintenance time and the Clean Sense IQ feature, that adjusts the suction power based on the amount of dirt, seems to work well, as does the boost level, the eco level is fine for running around on hard floors but doesn't fare so well on thicker carpets. The build is of a good quality although it doesn't feel as robust as a standard upright vacuum, and I would say a certain amount of care in handling is required especially when storing as the vacuum is top heavy and has to be folded when not in use, and over time may prove to be a weak point. The battery life is reasonable, is rare that any battery life lives up to its billing, but switching between the power modes in normal use you should get a good 30-40 minutes from one charge, and on this model you have two batteries. The attachments are very good giving you all the tools you would probably need in day to day cleaning. Weight wise, it is again reasonable, and perhaps a little ungainly on first use, but it doesn't take long to get used to if you've had a cordless vacuum before. By their nature cordless vacuums aren't the workhorses that corded uprights or compacts are, and the price may seem relatively high, but the freedom that a cordless gives you speaks for itself, and that's what you are paying for. Overall, if you have a smaller house or flat that is as mixture of flooring types or require a second vacuum in a larger household, and you would like the convenience of a cordless vacuum, this would be a good purchase.
