Clothes come out really creased and the dryer takes forever. 3 tea towels took over an hour. You have to wait until the full dryer cycle has finished before you can unlock the door so cannot check to see if washing is dry. Returned it after a week.

Very noisy when spinning, vibrations bad. Haier sent me noise isolation pads that helped a little. I then tested the dryer, 5 tea towels, 2.30 hours drying time. Came out soaked. You cannot open the door midway to check on your clothes to see if they are dry. It pumps so much water in to cool down, it defeats the object. If you want to stop it, you have to rinse and spin... You can't even just spin.... Very annoying imo..... It looks nice, very stylish and not too deep. The app is OK, not much point to it. Lots of settings and it's easy to figure out. Just too noisy and dryer useless... AO have been brilliant though. They agreed to pick it up and let me choose a different washer dryer. Installing the new one for free. Went for an LG. Disappointing really, coz the Haier was a good price and looks amazing. All lit up. Hope this helps you decide.

As a washer dryer I am very happy with this machine, it washes and drys almost faultlessly. However, I need to use the connected app and it is a disaster. The interface has errors, the icons are mixed up in places (Honestly, how can you not work out that iron dry should have the iron icon next to it?). I have spent time talking to the developers and sending them video of the machine failing to work using the app. They had to remotely fix my machine because it got so messed up. I have seriously considered just returning it and getting my money back. At the moment it will not even dry washing due to the app breaking.

To expensive for that quality. I bought this machine after people recommendation. I read the feedback and im not understand why people say she work quietly. It doesn't work quietly.And dry machine not wery good dry, took me 3 hrs for the 4-5kg. Always think buy separate .Will do next time.

Washer dryer is good, does the job… it’s a shame that it keeps having issues with the WI-FI

Never had a washer dryer before, this machine certainly looks the part, very modern design. Washes really well, clothes come out nice & fresh. The dryer took some getting used to, learnt not have a full drum, but to halve the contents or there is little chance of clothes drying in the alloted time. It would be nice if you could open the door mid drying cycle to check the progress but it locks until its finished. The app is good, Tip: when the machine is finding your router, make sure you choose 2G vs 5G otherwise it may struggle to connect. Overall its a good, quiet unit.

We had a Haer washer in our previous rented flat and loved it, for our new flat we decided for a washer and dryer combo and are very happy.. The app makes it so helpful to have the ideal type of washing for clothes, trainers, baby clothes and to also dry clothes. We use the dryer for towels and they come out soft and fluffy. It does shake lots on our hardwood floor, we had a technician come. He said it was our floor, that’s why it gets four stars.

Good looking product, lots of good wash programmes. Very silent.
