Very noisy when spinning, vibrations bad. Haier sent me noise isolation pads that helped a little. I then tested the dryer, 5 tea towels, 2.30 hours drying time. Came out soaked. You cannot open the door midway to check on your clothes to see if they are dry. It pumps so much water in to cool down, it defeats the object. If you want to stop it, you have to rinse and spin... You can't even just spin.... Very annoying imo..... It looks nice, very stylish and not too deep. The app is OK, not much point to it. Lots of settings and it's easy to figure out. Just too noisy and dryer useless... AO have been brilliant though. They agreed to pick it up and let me choose a different washer dryer. Installing the new one for free. Went for an LG. Disappointing really, coz the Haier was a good price and looks amazing. All lit up. Hope this helps you decide.

As a washer dryer I am very happy with this machine, it washes and drys almost faultlessly. However, I need to use the connected app and it is a disaster. The interface has errors, the icons are mixed up in places (Honestly, how can you not work out that iron dry should have the iron icon next to it?). I have spent time talking to the developers and sending them video of the machine failing to work using the app. They had to remotely fix my machine because it got so messed up. I have seriously considered just returning it and getting my money back. At the moment it will not even dry washing due to the app breaking.

Time for a new washer/dryer. Always difficult to choose between models. This unit looked cool with a wide door and a light inside! Also condensation drying rather than the trickling water condenser which always gets clogged. After a few weeks use - we remain very pleased. Drying is great. Washing is great. Internal light is cool. Also a power-rinse to clear fluff from the drum! AND amazingly quiet !!!!!!! Very happy with this. The technology has improved over the last decade. Also we can say we are glad we chose the non-white unit. ...and did I mention how quiet the thing is!!!!!!!

Having gone from a 10 year old machine to this is like night and day. It's so quiet and washes and dries clothes so much better than my old one my only regret is not having bought it sooner. The app was a breeze to setup and the programmes available on it are enough to cover all bases. Highly recommend

We have only had the washer dryer a few weeks and we are still getting to know the machine. The machine looks the part and fits in well in our kitchen. For context, we are a family of 4 and live in a flat. The first and I think the drum size is really large, we get quite a bit in and feel there is ample space inside, this is a step up from the old machine that we had. The light on the inside is a nice feature and surprisingly useful, I'm sure we will see this a common feature on these types of machines in the future. Washing with the machine is really simple, you can use the dial on the front to select the program or you can use the app. We tend to us the app as this seems to allow you fully customise your wash and dry. You can even decide on how many washes, spins and even the RPM of the drum. You can also add a "dry" on to the wash programme so you do not have to stick to the pre determined settings. The drying functions seem to work really well, yes they take a while, if you have any sort of wish for a load of washing to be dry within an minutes then i suggest that you keep wishing!! The drying time is appropriate for the load size and as mentioned above you can tweak the program to how dry you want. We have used the ready to wear dry function and all the clothes come out dry (3hrs), would the same load to be dry in a hour? No. The machine is extremely quiet and can only really be heard on the spin cycle. The old machine could be heard in every room in the flat so this is a big improvement in that department. The app is fairly good as it does allow you to customise the wash so that you get what you want. You are given a good amount of information about the cycle and there is a wide choice available. The main let down is that you cannot set the delay start to actually start when you want as you are only given the option to start in half hour increments from the time half you select the delayed start option. Hopefully they will sort this flaw out in the near future. I had never heard of this brand but am glad we decided to go with it as this feels like a quality product. Only time will tell.

Pleased with this machine. It said it was very quiet and this is true. There is a lot of room in the drum and the anthracite coating looks good. What I like the most is the fact it links to an app which contains pre-designed programs for certain types of washing. This means I can select a program in my phone and the machine will handle the rest, and give me a notification when the cycle is finished. This app also tells you when the filter needs cleaning, and the machine has a self cleaning program which it appears to recommend after about 95 washes. Finally, AO kept me informed of delivery time, removed the old machine and installed the new as promised, so customer experience was positive. I feel this machine is good for a family of 4 or above. Note that the machine is very heavy so keep that in mind if you are installing yourself.

Like: Easy to use, lots of different programme options. Convenient having a washer dryer in one, as no space for two items. The app is useful, has extra programmes and it shows when a programme has finished. You can programme directly from there as well if you want to. Quiet to use as well. Dislike: Takes 3 hours to dry a load and then you need to air for a while before putting away.

Clothes come out really creased and the dryer takes forever. 3 tea towels took over an hour. You have to wait until the full dryer cycle has finished before you can unlock the door so cannot check to see if washing is dry. Returned it after a week.
