Pleased with this machine. It said it was very quiet and this is true. There is a lot of room in the drum and the anthracite coating looks good. What I like the most is the fact it links to an app which contains pre-designed programs for certain types of washing. This means I can select a program in my phone and the machine will handle the rest, and give me a notification when the cycle is finished. This app also tells you when the filter needs cleaning, and the machine has a self cleaning program which it appears to recommend after about 95 washes. Finally, AO kept me informed of delivery time, removed the old machine and installed the new as promised, so customer experience was positive. I feel this machine is good for a family of 4 or above. Note that the machine is very heavy so keep that in mind if you are installing yourself.

Cracking bit of kit. After reading loads of reviews on different washer/dryers I went with this one and it has been great so far. So quiet, no ridiculously long programs for washes, I have been really impressed.

Great product so many different settings to let you choice the best wash/dry program,the app is useful lets you keep track whilst not near the machine.
