Great product

Works quietly, looks nice, lots of laundry.

We've only had this washer dryer for a week, so can't comment on longevity. But we've used it a lot so far, with various programmes and combos of washing and wash-drying and it's a really great machine. Huge drum, pretty quiet, very configurable and does an excellent job washing and drying clothes - which is nice! One negative aspect is that the instructions booklet is pretty useless. It's impossible to understand how you can do a full wash/dry cycle from it (spoiler: you need to set the wash cycle and then, from the top panel, choose a drying level). Also it's not clear that, although the bottom panel is configurable with the dial, the top panel is touch only. So bear that in mind or you can spend many frustrating hours trying to understand what you're meant to be doing. But if you play around with it a bit and figure this basic stuff out, the machine is worth the effort. We really like it!

I have had this washer dryer now for around 4 weeks and I love it! I have owned a washer dryer before and it was rubbish but this Haier WD is brilliant. Good drum size, it looks lovely and it’s easy to control once you’ve got used to the settings. I love the drum lighting which comes on for a short time at the start and can be switched on at any time during the cycle by touching any button. Personally, I prefer to use a wash cycle then separate my laundry and return for a dry program, I haven’t tried a continuous wash/dry program. The 15 minute quick wash is perfect for a freshen up wash and by altering the spin and wash heat settings it can be set to run for 26 minutes (30° and 1400 spin) which is my go to setting for most of my laundry, unless very dirty this is perfect for a general wash. Advise using the child lock as the touch buttons are remarkably easy to accidentally press, I kept turning it off by accident mid cycle while using the sink or kettle!

Clothes come out really creased and the dryer takes forever. 3 tea towels took over an hour. You have to wait until the full dryer cycle has finished before you can unlock the door so cannot check to see if washing is dry. Returned it after a week.

So far so good! It’s so lovely and quiet! Controls are really easy to use and explained well in the manual. The design is sleek and so far is washing and drying well without leaving clothes in a crumpled nightmare state after drying. Haven’t paired with the phone yet so can’t comment on that side.

Like: Easy to use, lots of different programme options. Convenient having a washer dryer in one, as no space for two items. The app is useful, has extra programmes and it shows when a programme has finished. You can programme directly from there as well if you want to. Quiet to use as well. Dislike: Takes 3 hours to dry a load and then you need to air for a while before putting away.
