Great little vacuum, love the extra brush bar head, great on the carpet. Wanted to go back to a bagged vacuum, more cleaning between emptying and mess free emptying! Surprisingly powerful but quiet!

Great vacuum cleaner which thoroughly cleans carpets and is easy to use. Lasts a long time with regular use, but could be slightly more robust, hence the 4 stars.

Powerful with lots of useful tools to use in all aspects of the house and car, very pleased with this hoover.

The Henry is good but not as good as the original

We got fed up with using Dysons as they're incredibly heavy and have found the Henry really easy to use. Although the cleaning ability is only given a C rating, we've found it cleans much better than our previous Dysons on both tiles and carpet and overall, although using bags is an aggravation, the weight and cleaning far outweighs the inconvenience. Plus who can't be charmed by the smiling face - well, except our cats! Delivery by AO was swift and can't fault the process at all.

Vacuum is great. Would have given 4.5 stars if I could have. The only thing I didn’t (don’t) like are the instructions on how to use. The pictures are not clear. Still trying to work out the what the 2 big heads do? Trial and error.

I love this hoover! It's so much more powerful than any hoover I've had before. It's a bit large and clunky for a small flat, but apart from that it's fantastic, and it cost less than I expected.

I have had this hoover before and prefer it to dyson and gvetch but this time I was disappointed not to have a turbo button which I thought was standard and when the rods are all connected the bottom floor bit keeps coming off the rest of the rods in mid clean ;which is annoying. Otherwise it’s everything I knew it to be
