Changed from a Dyson to a Henry and to start with I wasn’t a fan but now I’m used to it it’s great. Easy to use and comes with loads off tools. Sometimes can be a bit bulky and the lid comes off a bit too easily but will be small things I just get used too.

Great suction. Not as noisy as my old hoover. Easy to move around. Would have preferred more refill bags than hoover heads with this product, but that’s my own opinion!

After using a cordless I found it a bit heavy but the performance was good once I got it put together

Got a Henry Extra after some builders initially suggested it was a tough unit. Have a couple of Dysons, one a very old one from the last century , and needed something for the garage, loft and shed that the Dyson's seem not so happy with. Also, at a lower price point than Dyson. So far so good. The Henry Extra has strong suction and handles everything put its way including cobwebs. Made relatively easy work of the car interior, too. Has a number of heads and tools for different tasks. The Henry Extra feels a little clunky after having an upright but for my purposes it is on the money. The unit uses a bag, which is ok as it is well designed and easy to change without a lot of mess. The bags are an ongoing cost though not the end of the world. Good unit, does the job.

Love my Henry Xtra. Only slight thing is that it can be a bit clumpy to get around corners and up stairs, but wouldn't put me off getting this again.

Great little vacuum, love the extra brush bar head, great on the carpet. Wanted to go back to a bagged vacuum, more cleaning between emptying and mess free emptying! Surprisingly powerful but quiet!
