Had previously been using a cordless vacuum cleaner, but had been finding it was lacking in power. Henry is sufficiently powerful. It handles removing long hairs from the carpets easily, without clogging up the cleaner.

Superior vacuum cleaner. Our old Henry broke and I was tempted by the devil that is the Shark Cordless Vacuum. She was more beautiful, sleek with an orange shaft. But she couldn’t pick up dirt if her life depended on it. So we begged Henry to take us back and not only did he do that, he upgraded himself to an extra. More features, more heads, more suction. Always buy Henry. He’s faithful, loyal and has suction other vacuum cleaners can’t even dream of having.

You can't beat a Henry! There's a reason why all tradespeople have one in their van. Every single appliance made in England since the 1970s-what a wondeful story and product.

Heard this was a great little vacuum, this was confirmed by reading the reviews. Bought this to replace a five year old Dyson and what a difference. Found the pet hair brush suitable for all surfaces. Storage could be an issue for some households but fortunately not for us. Received the product as predicted by AO time and day spot on. Vacuum excellent product. Five stars .

Vacuum is great. Would have given 4.5 stars if I could have. The only thing I didn’t (don’t) like are the instructions on how to use. The pictures are not clear. Still trying to work out the what the 2 big heads do? Trial and error.

For the money, this vacuum is brilliant. Loads of different attachments and very powerful. I caught a fly in mid air with it. A little cumbersome when going up stairs and sometimes falls over, but all in all, I'm really impressed. The service from AO was also really good.

A decent hoover, no problems. There are enough accessories for all the jobs you could possibly need. Would highly recommend this product!
