I love Henry products and this one does not let the brand down at all. Excellent power, good suction, quality materials, doesn't block like bagless hoover's, everything about Henry is great. I have tested this Henry in various houses as I am a cleaner, and on every surface it does what it should. I can use the hose to reach up and hoover cobwebs from ceilings,Hoover the stairs with ease. Amazing length cord meaning I can clean the whole of the downstairs on my home without having to change the plug socket. The instructions are easy to understand. All in all an excellent hoover. I love the the new tool area on the Henry too so you can carry around tour 2 favourite tools meaning when you need them they are to band immediately.

Perfect for lifting dog hairs from the carpet this is the best Henry we have had.

Really pleased with my new Henry, hope he lasts as long as my old one did 9 years, and used everyday. Amazing on picking up my Huskies malting hair which is a huge amount daily, and also on the wheelchair tyre marks and mess on my hard floors. Would never have anything other than a Henry brilliant hoover which I can not be without.Superb in the car to with no hassle as tools all to hand and as special floor for wheelchair use, bits stick to it but Henry has no trouble on clearing it all up. Super long lead so do not need to use extension leads for doing the car as reaches from the hall socket. As good as Henry number 1 was, and perhaps slightly better as can now have all tools on board which I could not with Henry 1

I've had Dysons for years, but the last one, bought three years ago was useless from the start. It has caused me so much stress and died every time it picked up some of my hair and didn't pick up pet fur despite being an Animal. Everyone including a builder friend said get a Henry- so I did. Wow! It sucks up everything (including the carpet if it's just the nozzle), and it loves my hair and pet fur nearly as much as I love chocolate! The cable is so long I could vacuum next door too, and the capacity is huge, unlike the awful Dyson. The tools are the useful ones and you can add and remove bits to suit taller or shorter people. Being tall, this is fantastic. The cable is so easy to extract and retract and Henry races around like Lewis Hamilton. He come a cropper when he taken a corner too fast and tight, (which I feel really guilty about), but he's fine and there's no tears. Henry fits in very well with our family and because he's much quieter, my animals like him more than the Dyson too. He obviously loves it here too as he's always smiling. I wish I'd got him years ago. It's Henry and me for life now, although he's changed his name by deed poll to Harry as Henry cat was getting confused!
