Very pleased with washer. Lots of programmes but following instruction booklet is a bit difficult. Took me a while to figure it out and even now have only used a few wash types, mainly quick washes. Pleased with the results. Items come out fresh, clean and well rinsed. Booklet could use some clearer instructions. My previous washer followed the usual cotton, synthetic, wool, gentle etc so was a lot more straightforward. Looking forward to trying other washes and programmes. Haven't used dryer yet.

Amazing Washer Dryer , quiet and wash and dry very well in good time. The only reason i took a star off is the touch buttons panel, sometime it is not responding from the first touch and you have to repeat pressing it again and again before it works . Also the user-manual have few mistakes in it and is difficult to read.

This machine is quiet and looks great, the drum size is impressive. The instructions are detailed and take some reading but overall very happy.

Very quiet machine. Energy and time efficient. Easy to fit. The touch buttons need to be pressed using your thumbs and you need to use some pressure. Instructions are bit that easy to understand.

Purchased this to replace our three year old appliance and am very happy with the product. I would say that the comments around noise and the button(less) single dial interface is very much what I expected and have done in the 10 years using washer dryer combos. My only negatives is that that my first delivery was a defect (metal ball bearing sound in drum), this was replaced next day by AO and the auto dispenser openings are on the small side where detergent can take time to go down. Other than that, the washer dryer is sturdy, quiet in comparison to other purchases and all of smart features which can link up to Alexa, what’s not to love?

Great Washer/Dryer especially the WiFi connectivity. Purchased for my elderly father and it allows me to start and monitor his washing via my phone. Didn't get full 5* as it can be a bit noisy when getting up to full spin and some Eco programes can take 6 hours to complete.

Love the machine on the whole. Washes and dries really well and the automatic dosing for detergent and softener is ace. Great size. The app that goes with it is handy. The machine takes a fair bit of getting used to and is quite complex. This would be fine but the instructions could be much better.

Little tricky to get your head round all the washing and drying functions, but as soon as you get the hang of it its easy.
