After having a growing family my washing started to become overwhelming with our small drum separate washer dryer so needed something bigger to handle the wash loads. Both me and my partner were undecided on whether to go for a washer/dryer or keep to the original separate machines, so for about 2 weeks we were researching the best options and best machines. This machine came up in every search with excellent reviews so we decided to bite the bullet and buy it, being our very first washer/dryer. The machine was well priced with the cash back offer (bonus) and was delivered super quick and early by two polite and helpful guys. I have found that the machine is a lot bigger than my last one so it’s helped so much with doing more washing in less loads. The functions are great with an all in one wash as well as set settings and the app makes it so handy when needed. The only cons that I have with it is the normal washes take, what seems like forever. My old washer did a wash in 20 mins but this one takes over 2hrs. The All in one load is my go to as it does a load in 52 mins, and the clothes still have a good wash despite being shorter. The tumble function is also good however I do fine the clothes come out mega creased (even on the steam and wardrobe mode) making my ironing pile bigger as my old dryer was very good at de creasing especially bedding, towels and trousers. But on the other hand because it steam drys, so it doesn’t seem to shrink clothes like my old one did with certain clothes. All in all it’s a good machine but my separate dryer is still being used for towels and bedding.

Had the W/M a few weeks now. Very quiet is the first thing you notice. Minor issue setting up, the manual said to set up WiFi at wrong point. The machine needs setting up fully first. Other than that, you put the washing in, shut the door, turn to WiFi and sit down with a coffee choosing the wash cycle. Impressed with the results, we must be using less soap and softener as we haven't put much in.

Terrible product. It was working fine for one year so basically warranty period. As soon that past within 2 months we had 4 times someone to come and fix it. Every time it was different part broken, we are waiting again for engineer to come and fix it. We purchased it in January 2021 and in February 2022 problems started. We have April and 4th visit to this washer/dryer. It is a joke

We bought this washer drier after 6 years of a poor machine that we just never got around to changing, super excited for an easy life of washing with it. The first wash was superb, the clothes were noticeably cleaner than ever before. Then on the second wash the door lock mechanism froze locked, while the door was open... As it was two days old it had to go, a great shame! Perfectly handled by superb AO customer service...

Purchased this to replace our three year old appliance and am very happy with the product. I would say that the comments around noise and the button(less) single dial interface is very much what I expected and have done in the 10 years using washer dryer combos. My only negatives is that that my first delivery was a defect (metal ball bearing sound in drum), this was replaced next day by AO and the auto dispenser openings are on the small side where detergent can take time to go down. Other than that, the washer dryer is sturdy, quiet in comparison to other purchases and all of smart features which can link up to Alexa, what’s not to love?

Great Washer/Dryer especially the WiFi connectivity. Purchased for my elderly father and it allows me to start and monitor his washing via my phone. Didn't get full 5* as it can be a bit noisy when getting up to full spin and some Eco programes can take 6 hours to complete.

Great product. I had heard bad things about washer dryer combos but this works just as good as separate appliances. You can use the app to operate which sounds like a gimmick but is so much easier than using the machine itself. The cycle times auto adjust depending on how much washing is in (eg if the cycle is going to take 3 hours for 8kg but you put less in, then the cycle will take less). When the cycle finishes you get a notification from the app offering to keep the laundry spinning slowly to stop it from smelling.

The washing machine and dryer are much quieter than my previous washing machine. The buttons are touch responsive but not easy to use. Have to touch them several times for them to recognise you are using them. We downloaded the app as one of the functions is that it can be set using your WiFi. App downloaded but turns out company has ceased to exist so can’t be used fully except for trial mode.
